Co-founder and director of YRC, Andrew has helped build the company from the start. On a daily basis he continues to help the company grow. He strives for perfection in all YRC procedures and sets the bar high for the finish and service on all installations. Andrew is an important part of the team, adding a wealth of experience and knowledge to all YRC projects. When not working, Andrew loves to spend time outdoors with his wife and two young children.

Meet Hayden Preshaw
Co-founder and director of YRC, Hayden has helped to build the company from the start. He loves getting stuck into the weekly challenges, keeping YRC running smoothly with it’s day to day operations. Hayden is an important, valuable member of our experienced team. Besides working hard, Hayden loves nothing more than playing sports or spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Meet Craige Hallam
A very valuable member of our team, Craige takes great pride in his work, sharing his expertise with our customers helping them achieve and go beyond their expectations. When not at work Craige loves to watch his long-time favourite football team or spend time with his wife and two children.

Meet Ashley Wood
Ashley helps run and manage the YRC warehouse, he helps keep everything organised, making sure all materials are ship shape and correct for all our installation teams. Ashley is often seen day to day on his forklift preparing for up and coming customer installations. Outside work Ashley spends most of his time with his young family.

Meet The Ground Team
Our ground teams are the ones who bring all Yorkshire Resin Company`s projects to life – a real bunch of characters who take great pride and pleasure in their work. We have four groundwork teams who carefully follow plans and specifications to prepare projects ready for resin to the highest standard. Then we have our all-important powerclean team whose job it is to clinically clean the areas ready for resin. Finally, there’s probably our most colourful team, the resin team, who use their combined 25 years of experience to expertly finish all our projects. Quite simply, they put the icing on the cake.
All the members of the Yorkshire Resin Company team, from planning to completion, respect and enjoy working with one another and take great pleasure in transforming old tired areas into something special. Indeed, we all get a real sense of achievement from every project.
Meet Mark Oldroyd
Mark is one of our key colleagues, constantly on the road providing expert knowledge and advice to all potential customers. Mark excels in customer service and building customer rapport. You’re in more than safe hands with Mark. Outside work you’ll often find Mark supporting his local clubs Leeds United and Leeds Rhino’s up and down the country.
